BIOGRAPHY
Originally from Hull, England Tom begun coaching at 19 years old and earned multiple qualifications through different football associations while beginning his coaching journey.
He moved to the US in 2006 where he coached and lived in California before moving to South Texas in 2007 where he was appointed Director of player development at Centex Storm S.C.
2012 Tom accepted the position of Director of Coaching for Liverpool FC international Academy South Texas and helped grow the club into areas of Austin and Houston.
2015 the decision was made to move to North Texas with LFCIA excepting the Roles of Director of Player Programs, Coordinator of the Colony and Reds Academy school of Excellence (RASE) Manager. Within 12 months he accepted the position of Academy Director taking control of the foundation phase of the club and then after a successful year in 2017 Tom was promoted to the Boys Director of Coaching overseeing the entire Boys Program.
In 2017 Tom was instrumental in making LFCIA a inaugural member of the Boys ECNL.
2019 he was hired as our Titans FC Director of Coaching.
In 2016 he was also awarded with the prestigious Positive Coaching Alliance's National Coaching Award.

Tom lives in Flower Mound with his Wife Christy and Children Kian and Georgie
