I believe in setting high expectations for all my players so they can reach their full potential. They must have self-discipline, excellent effort and be a selfless player who puts their team first. Athletes typically do not come to coaches with all these traits. It is my job to teach these attributes by focusing on the small details of how to be a great person in life and a great player and teammate in soccer.
